On the present website, the following training levels are distinguished. By clicking on one of the levels, all materials that belong to that level are displayed. A clarification of the levels is given after the link.

 

  • Awareness: the material is meant for anyone hardly known with the topic and intents to increase the awareness of health hazards and risks in the workplace, how they can be controlled to provide a safe working environment, and the consequences of impaired health for work;

 

  • Basic: the material is meant for workers in medicine, nursing or health and safety, and for committed community workers and non-professionals, to understand the basic principles of occupational safety and health and to solve simple problems their selves;

 

  • Intermediate: the material is meant for professional workers in the field of occupational safety and health and provides hands-on practical training and technical knowledge to be able to take measures, assess exposure or fitness for specified work, and evaluate effectiveness of control measures;

 

  • Advanced: the material is meant for specialists at the academic or top practice level and leads to a thorough understanding of the scientific basis of occupational safety and health and the highest level of technical, medical or social skills.
